To comply with the global trends of urban renewal and sustainable community development, promote the collaborative innovation of urban infrastructure construction and grassroots community governance systems, build an international exchange and cooperation platform in the fields of global planning, architecture, community governance and public policy, and integrate grassroots practical experience with global development policies, the IUPF Emerging Communities Forum 2026 (ECF2026) will be held officially. 2. October 8 (Thursday): Parallel sessions, academic achievements sharing, international exchanges and industry cooperation docking activities.
3. October 9 (Friday): Conference achievement summary and discussion, release of conference consensus and industry development framework, award ceremony, closing ceremony and official farewell dinner.
4. Post-conference Weekend: Thematic study tours on urban planning and community construction in Istanbul.
